My mission is to help you reach your desired weight loss and wellness goals and teach you how to maintain your success. I use a real food nutrition approach, free from therapies or supplements.
I am not a doctor, nor do I claim to be one. My approach is based on current holistic and nutrition literature so, if at any time you have questions regarding your current medication or plan, please consult with your personal medical doctor.
I can help you rethink what you knew about healthy food (low-fat and portion-control is NOT in my vocabulary!) to help you achieve your goals. I will be there for every step, give you the tools you need and plenty of one-on-one support to get started AND help you succeed. It will be tough but you can do this. You will be required to change your diet and and I will guide you through making those changes and help you be accountable for your choices!
Every body is different and results vary from person to person. Please know that sensitivities to certain foods, even foods that have been consumed for years, may be discovered. If this is the case, extra care will need to be taken to ensure that these foods are avoided in order to continue with positive results. I will assist in helping you learn to read labels and help prevent reactions but you will required to conduct your own research on food products as well.
