Today, most subscribe to an 'everything in moderation' lifestyle and along with inaccurate, misleading and conflicting information about what we should eat, many are struggling.
I believe in a holistic approach to whole body health. I know that diet plays a much more important role in our life that we are led to believe. And a nutrient-powerful food plan addresses much more in your life than just weight issues. The food you eat can affect digestive issues, your skin, mood, quality of sleep, energy levels and so much more.
